The Problem We Needed To Solve

No one taught us how.

We weren't taught relationship skills in school, and our parents were learning as they went. It's unfair that we're expected to build healthy, lasting connections without ever being shown how.

πŸ’¬

You keep having the same argument

Different words, same frustration. You both want to be heard but neither feels understood. You're not sure why.

πŸšͺ

You feel close but also strangely alone

You love the people around you, but there's a gap you can't quite name. A quiet disconnection that never fully goes away.

πŸ”

You're repeating patterns you promised you wouldn't

You swore you'd do it differently. But under pressure, the old responses show up. And you don't know how to stop them.

😢

You shut down or explode. There's no in between.

When things get hard, you either go silent or say too much. You want to respond well, but no one ever showed you how.

πŸ’”

Relationships that mattered have broken down

Friendships that drifted. Marriages that fractured. You wonder if things could have been different, if you'd known what to do.

🌱

You want more. You just don't know where to start.

You know the relationships you want are possible. You just need someone to show you the skills, the language, and the way.

β€œThis class exists because the skills that build strong relationships can be learned. And I am going to teach you.”

Common Questions

What to Expect

How long is each session?+

Each session is 90 minutes long β€” enough time to go deep without losing momentum. You'll leave every week with something practical to carry into your relationships.

Why five weeks in a row?+

Real change doesn't happen in a single sitting. Five consecutive weeks gives you time to learn, practice, reflect, and return with real-life experience. Each session builds on the last, so the momentum compounds week by week.

Who else will be in the class?+

You'll be joining a likeminded community of people who are serious about growing in their relationships. Each cohort is kept intentionally small. This is by design. Smaller groups mean more personal attention, deeper conversations, and a space where you actually feel known, not just another face in a crowd. The group format is powerful precisely because of that intimacy.

Is this for couples or individuals?+

Both are welcome. Whether you're single, dating, married, or somewhere in between, the content is designed to meet you where you are. Healthy relationships start with a healthy, self-aware you β€” and that applies to everyone.

Is individual coaching available?+

Yes. Individual coaching with Ben is available as a separate option. Once you have registered for the class, you will be given the opportunity to sign up for personal coaching sessions tailored specifically to you.

What do I need to prepare before the first session?+

Nothing except an open heart and a willingness to grow. You'll receive everything you need β€” including access to the Connected Hub, your DISC assessment, and session materials β€” after you register.

What if I miss a session?+

Life happens. Sessions are recorded and available in the Connected Hub so you can catch up at your own pace. We do encourage showing up live whenever possible β€” the community experience is a big part of what makes this work.
